Hi,
I just installed this theme and set up my home page yesterday. However, I found that our top menu only goes 1 level deep from the main menu items. The 2nd level submenus are not showing. Is there a setting or something I can do to enable it? Can’t seem to find it in the theme panel anywhere.
Thanks!

Hello fchang,
Please ensure that you have fully installed your theme via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Also, if you need more assistance in this regard, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer the Top Bar menu. For more information about this feature, you should find here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/top-bar-templates/
Thanks.
I did follow the installation instruction and installed the theme by uploading it from WP. I extracted the themeforest pacakage and uploaded the theme zip file using WP. Then created a child theme with the code from the themeforest package file. There is no code in the child theme right now.
Here is the link to our development server http://stg.northleaschool.ca
There should be 2 submenu items under: About->Administration, however, I am not seeing any.
Thanks!
Hello fchang,

Hi,
I’m experiencing the same issue on a test website I’m working to: 3rd level for “Top Header Menu” does not appear. Header Menu works fine instead.
I can see on their website fchang switched to a 2-level Top Header Menu
Is there any by-code limit?
Thank you very much for your support,
L
Hello,
The top menu was not created to show more levels of sub-menus. It is locked from the theme from showing more levels of sub-menus. It will only show one level. This is the default theme implementation and there is no simple solution to make the menus show more sub-level elements.
Thank you!
