Comments not working

Hi,

I’m getting an error when readers try to comment on posts. I’m hosted at WP-Engine and they think it’s a caching issue because when we tested, we could post a comment if logged in. If not logged in we can’t post comment.

The error message is as follows:

ERROR: JavaScript and Cookies are required in order to post a comment.

I believe, You need to enable cookies and JS on your browser.

I believe this is a theme related issue as we are getting the same complaint from many readers of the site. tagDiv – a little help on this please?

Hi

I am not sure why this happens as we didn’t received a similar report so far. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again.
Let us know how it goes.
