I am able to find below meta in your theme, Please guide me how can I add this meta and is it useful or not

Thank you for your questions. So, I assume that you want to add these meta tags to increase your speed optimization, right? Please notice that the META tags have become virtually useless on the Web today. In the art of search engine optimization, you need not bother with the META tags so much. However, there is one tag that all webmasters should include in their web pages. This is the META Robots Tag. Also, if you want to add these, you can do by adding in head.php core file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/rvDuTrTZxp
