Social Counter not counting Facebook likes

As topic title.
I’ve setup everything correctly and tried both with and without the app id/secret, but the Facebook fans number refuses to budge from 0. The same details work perfectly fine in another Facebook plugin (1.2k likes).

Am I missing something obvious?

It’s ok I figured it out.
I needed to enter the full url in the Facebook ID section. This could do with being clearer perhaps?

Hi Steve
I do the same and it works, but when I click on de facebook icon the link its broken. And when I put the Id facebook without the entire link, its shows the 0 followers. its a nigthmare
