Use the theme zip alone, not the “all files” zip.

Best method is to learn to use FTP, via FileZilla or something. Tricky first time, but then you have total control of uploads, you can easily make backups of your files, etc.

Please make sure that you’re updating the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ also during the update process deactivate all plugins to make sure that there are no conflicts. Also check if the parameters from system status have the values specified here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
