cant add newsletter to any of the side bars how do i get enews wiget to display or any wiget to display

Hello,
You will have to check with the plugin documentation and see their official implementation method. Usually there is a shortcode you can add simply paste in a text widget like so: http://screencast.com/t/wTLeCGs80ksD
Sometimes plugins create widgets by themselves so you can simply drag the widget in the designated spot.
