I have checked your source page and your console and I have notice that you have a js error in it. This conflict might be caused from your untested plugins which you are using in our theme. Please try to disable all of these, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

Please make sure that you have disabled all untested plugins, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using these and if your problem is still there after this, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer. And we detect the problem. The mod_pagespeed module installed on our server caused the problem. We changed some parameters that refer enhancements load and run JS (pagespeed_js_minify).
