Header issue

I am having an extremely weird issue with my website. On some web browsers the site is appearing as over sized. So the header expands and other typically static objects on the page grow in suit. Text on the page stays the same size. I have heard from several readers this problem exits using a retina mac, and I was finally able to recreate the problem using a XPS 14 with chrome. I have attached two photos opening the same page on the same computer using two different web browser:

Suppose to Look/IE:
This is how the site is suppose to look, and does look using IE

Chrome/ Weird look:
This is how the site does look using chrome and on sevral readers computers

please try to use this css:

.td-header-bg {
  height:80px !important;
}

hopefully it will fix the header problem.
however the problem can also come from plugins that have their css conflict with the theme css. can you try disabling all plugins and see if this issue appear.
