Turn off 'Search Icon' in floating header

Hi there,

I currently have http://southendnewsnetwork.com, and I really need to get rid of the magnifying glass in the floating header as I have an interstitial ad plugin ready to go and for some reason it is interfering with it.

Can the magnifying glass be removed and the header logo made ‘unclickable’?

Alternatively, can the entire header bar be made ‘static’ so that it doesn’t scroll at all on mobile? Sorry for the questions – Thanks

Hi,

If you want to remove the search altogether, you can remove this part of the code: http://screencast.com/t/H7lMlKO6QCso
As for the scroll on mobile it can be deactivated from here: http://screencast.com/t/TVVkeXgb2mT but not if you use the mobile theme. The mobile theme sticky menu cannot be removed from the theme settings.
