Social media icon going to wrong URL

I have enabled social media icon in my website footer. I have added facebook page name from themepanel see screen shot at following URL:
https://snag.gy/yl59wt.jpg

But on website, when I click on FB icon it is redirected to following URL:
http://gyanvyan.com/gyanvyan1

here http://www.gyanvyan.com is my website. Kindly help in fix this issue.

I have checked your screenshot and I have noticed that you are not correctly added your facebook path. Please notice that you will have to add the full URL, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/VKNbuIacO
