Change Block 2 style?

I would like to put four large entries instead of two at the top, as seen in this image. How could we do that?

Moreover, how I can change the font size of small entries in Block 2?

The theme doesn’t have an option for this, only if you use two blocks 2 and limit the first one to display 2 posts – http://screencast.com/t/jPavtUxi

Block 2 is designed using module 6 and module 2 and you can change the font for module 6(small) from Theme Panel > Theme Fonts – http://screencast.com/t/rgw5yFud
