Website wefitindia.com, I tried updating the theme using evanto plugin. Getting lots of error, i see a solution which says go to Newsmag panel and do something in category, unfortunately I can’t reach the Themes panel page also.
Please help. We run a fitness center in India, our potential customers keep hitting the website regularly, if they see a bad site will leave a wrong impression.

Please make sure that you update thew theme according with our documentation, https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ and also update Visual Composer at V 4.12 which is included in theme’s patch: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ During the update process deactivate all plugins, deactivate the child theme if your using, just to make sure that there won’t be any conflict. After the update is completed clear all caches, purge the cdn if you’re using then test the site again.

Thanks Andrel, I tried the Step B of the link you sent. Also I did not deactivated child theme or the plugins as it was not mentioned in the update link.
I hope I don’t loose any data.

Sure Andrei, we have just started it, looking forward get help on making our website run faster and also identifying the right kind of plugins. We will ask those as we proceed.
Also what would you suggest as good hosting providers for shared hosting to start with? As we grow we will surely look into AWS etc. but no for now.
