Enable comments on Page

Hello, i am using the most update versions of Newspaper and WordPress; i cant seem to be able to enable comments on Pages, its only working for post.

When i create a new page, i have “Screen option -> discussion: checked! as well as “Discussion -> Allow Comments” all checked; but still i dont see the comments form.

I really need this to work, please help.

Hi

By default the theme disable comments on pages but you can enable theme from theme panel > template settings: http://screencast.com/t/Q9ssidilqRlk

Making progress but rather than having the same comments appear in all the pages like whats happening now, I would like to have this enabled on a page-by-page basis, and not automatically appear to all pages.

Unchecking the discussion and comments on the screen option on individual pages didn’t fix it. Thanks

Hello,
Removing comments for specific pages works by simply disabling this option: http://screencast.com/t/lmYHj1iB It only works on the default page template though. Please make sure you clear cache after you check the setting to disable comments on specific pages.
