Shortcode for Blockquotes, Pullquotes & Dropcaps doesn't show up

Dear Tagdiv

I was trying to use Shortcode for Blockquotes, Pullquotes & Dropcaps by following this documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/blockquotes-pullquotes-dropcaps/ but it doesn’t show up like the tutorial.

Is it conflict with another shortcode plugin ? or what should i do ?

Hello taufikna,

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest verso of the theme and also, if you are using some untested plugins, leave just Visual lCOmposer to active, clear all of untested plugins, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as properly.
