Image not loading

I have placed an image in a post, and everything looks fine in the backend.
However the image isn’t loading in the frontend….all I can see is the placeholder (white space)?

What am I missing to do?

Hi,

Please disable all your plugins except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and purge your files if you use CDN. I suspect that a plugin conflicts with the theme javascript.
Let us know how it goes and if the issue persist please provide also a link where you have this issue.

I have tried what you suggested, however it didn’t change anything.

Hello Twolle,

I have inspected your website and I saw that you have a js error in the theme. Please ensure that you have disabled all the active plugins, have left just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme. Also, please try to disable the Lazyload image effect from the panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/DtRdJJfERP32

SUCCESS!

I disabled “Use loading animation image” in Template Setting, and now the images are loading.
