Theme settings resetted sudenly

Today my websites themes all settings resetted suddenly and it shows “?” mark insted of special characters.
we have to fix this problem as soon as possible.

There was new version of WordPress released today; if you have automatic updates turned on, then something might have broken. Often you can resave permalinks, clear caches on site and in web browser, to clear things up.

Usually best to disable automatic updates, and also make sure you keep backups prior to updates!

Hello,

Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test your panel again
