Guys – I’ve tried the solution listed here, edited my HTACCESS and also flushed my cache but the problem persists… Any bit of advice to help me solve this will be much appreciated!

This issue is different for each case. In some cases it is caused by CDN in other cases it is caused by serving different versions of your site.
The solution you posted above does not work for everyone. It works on most hosting servers but you will need to find a solution that works on your end. This is not a theme bug but a CDN issue or caused by multiple versions of your site. Basically, anything that prevents fonts from being loaded properly. It’s a font issue that happens regardless of the theme used. We simply use icons as fonts and that is why the issue is so obvious.
The .htaccess file is different for everybody so there is no one solution I can provide that will work for everyone. You have to do a little digging as there are multiple solutions online for this issue and you must find the one that works for your case in particular:
