I would like to make any custom text areas that have a custom title clickable to it’s category just like the other Block Titles on my home page. I am sure it must be in the support archives somewhere but cannot locate it.
I would like to add a link to a custom title located inside a text block:
Can anyone kindly help me with the syntax, I’m looking to add an href but am unfamiliar with how to amend the below code properly to include one.

Hmm,
I tried using the “text with title block” as you suggested but it doesn’t seem to want to allow any html in there to make it clickable. If I try to place the div wrapper for the block title in the body, the same, wp removes it. I can only achieve exactly what i have now. However, my apologies for even posting as I needed to just use block 1 and it did what I needed it to. For some dumb reason I thought it was going to display differently.

No problem. No need to be sorry 🙂 You can add custom links to any block title from the block settings.
The text with title does not seem to have this option though.
Here is an alternative solution. Access your page in classic m,ode and html/text mode.
Then add this code:
<div class="block-title"><a href="http://www.google.com">Click for google</a></div>
This will make it a block title with the theme style and link to your own custom url. I set it to google for now.
