Post Photo Grid View

Is there a way to create the post gallery’s to be setup like this: http://tinyurl.com/nud4qfj

So it would basically show the 326×159 that is generates inside the post, so when the 326×159 is clicked, it will go to that images page http://tinyurl.com/q6h7xhp

hi,
we currently don’t have this option in our theme.
my advise is to hire a developer for this task.
