Revolution Sliders not allowing users to scroll down on mobile and tablets

I have checked https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/ and searched around the web but nothing.

Hello,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. It could be a plugin conflict affecting the page.
