Hi,
I’ve searched and cannot find a simple answer to what we would like to do.
We want to place a png/jpg in the header next to the logo as an ad—720×90.
However, all I can see is AdSense documentation.
We don’t use AdSense and don’t want to.
But we do want to put graphic ads in the header.
How can we do this?

Hello,
Adding a custom image ad is very simple in our theme. you can use this code:
<div class="td-all-devices"><a href="add your desired URL here"><img src="Add your image source here"/></a></div>
Add the code as an ad in the theme ad spots. In this case, the header ad: http://screencast.com/t/vnRD5hecTSEH
