Hi guys. I have just updated the theme to version 3.1 and now my front page is gone with nothing but the top bar. Any suggestions about what happen?

Please make sure that you updated the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge the cdn if you’re using then test the site again.

I solved the problem, but the social counter doesn´t work now…

Please make sure that you’re using V 4.1 of Social Counter which is included in theme’s path and also configure the plugin according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ , clear all caches then test the site again.

It’s still don’t work. But I don’t think it’s your problem. I’m not allowed to make a developer account at Facebook.
Maybe you shold mention in your tutorial that your social counter doesn’t work with all Facebook accounts.

You can make a new personal account just to generate the required keys for social counter. After they are generated you can use any valid Facebook id.
