I have followed the suggestions in the Newspaper documentation for the Login button and what I don’t understand is that when I registered myself just to see if it’s work properly, then I can get into my WP dashboard without any protection with the link WP sent me to my mail address. How come?
If a reader registers to my website, then he can definitely access to my login WP. There is no protection anymore.
How can I use and make this functionality secure?

By default new users are registered as subscribers: http://screencast.com/t/PquxFJBtI and they can’t access the dashboard to make changes there. Make sure that you don’t have another role set for new users then test the registration system again.

This is a complex task which involve some customizations in order to be achieved.
