Edit style of pagination links

Which file should I edit in order to change the design of the pagination links?

All theme’s css is stored in style.css file. However you can create your own custom css using the selectors for each element: http://screencast.com/t/mVs8wCWMIu Use browser’s inspector to identify the proper selector.
