Revolution Slider – Customisation Question

Hi Guys,

I am trying to insert a carousel image slider in the mid section of my Home Page as per below link: https://revolution.themepunch.com/wordpress-swipe-slider/, however, this version seems to be only work when you swipe the images. It is a great solution on a mobile but PC, not sure.

Question 1:
Is there a way to insert an option to move to another image as seen on this example: http://coolcarousels.frebsite.nl/c/59/?

Question 2:
This revolution slider version https://revolution.themepunch.com/wordpress-swipe-slider/, has default menu: Beach, Trip, Hiking. I should be able to change that but I am not sure. Ideally, if possible, I would like to show only images.

Can you advise?

HI

The theme display slides made with revolution slider with plugin’s layout, it does not change their functionality or layout in any way. Revolution Slider it’a a very complex plugin with many options and it may take some time until you can understand it. Please follow plugin’s documentation and also play a bit with its options to get more familiar with it.

Yes, I understand that. It is logical even for me:-). It is a very diplomatic answer but it does not help.
There is a reason as to why I am asking for help. Has it crossed your mind that perhaps I have already looked at the documentation, tried to get familiar with the plugin within the available timeframe, and did not manage to find answers, hence the message.

I have a big project that I need to complete soon and unfortunately I don’t have weeks to get familiar with the very complex plugin as stated and need to be efficient with my time. Again, this is me reaching out for advice.

Are you basically saying that you are not in a position to answer my questions since the Revolution Slider is only a plugin? If that’s the case, it is fine but answering it generically doesn’t help. Please let me know.

I understand your point of view, nowadays time is very precious. With regard at support for revolution slider plugin is no much we can do. We tested the plugin with our theme and works fine. However we didn’t developed this plugin and we can’t change or provide explicit infos about a specific feature.
