Google crawler – errors found on the tumblr URL

Hi

I receive a lot of errors in Google search console (look at the example below);
That is just one example, I receive errors on every category, post or archive page -> every time a crawler is crawling my site

URL: /author/huisje/gezondvoorstel.tumblr.com
Crawl date: 21 september 2016
For the first time detected: 21 september 2016
Error code: 404

I only have filled in the Tumblr URL at the Social networks tab (Newspaper theme panel)
like this: http://gezondvoorstel.tumblr.com. Nowhere else in the theme/Wordpress or external plugin.

Am I doing something wrong? is this a familiar problem?
