I have customised my website digitalsamrat.com as per my needs but the problem is that it shows the defaults format for a blink and then loads as per my settings. I don’t want that … can you please help?

You do not need to be a designer but if you want to bypass he css cascade effect you will require a bit of knowledge. Css works like this on every website as it is the way it was programmed to work. That is why it;s called ‘cascading style sheets’. It works on re-writes. it overwrites it’s code on every change and you can see these overwrites if your connection is slow or your website is not optimized. The links Nano mentioned are useful in learning how to bypass this with minimum knowledge required.
