Adrotate Background in Newspaper theme

Hi,

We need to set a Adrotate AD as Background into the theme (so we can measure the clicks and impressions etc).
How can we do this into our Newspaper theme?

Hello,

Our theme has a background click ad function but we have not tested this through adrotate. The background ad option simply requires an image and a link to be added, not an ad code: http://screencast.com/t/J3JF2xS1J7
I think it will require some custom implementation in order to get it to work like you mentioned.

Hi,

Unfortunately we have not tested any tracking method except for google analytics and we only implemented compatibility for it. We did not create any tracking ourselves so i have little advice to give in this regard I;m afraid. Maybe hiring a freelancer would be the best choice if there is also a deadline involved.
