I am looking for a workaround to enable Related posts in Custom Posts, this will be useful when I want to list jobs like custom Posts

Unfortunately the Related Articles block was designed for default post types and you will need custom modifications to adjust it also for custom post types, as by default it doesn’t have support for them, sorry! I suggest to get someone to help you with this as it is not an easy task and we cannot provide custom services at this time.

In my previous theme that was a default option, and I see in jetpack also it presents.
Being a versatile theme it’s certainly add value if you enable this option.
BTW please try to help me out to resolve this, otherwise is there a option to show related posts by tags or categories in sidebar.

Related article is a custom block but is structure is based on theme’s blocks system. Unfortunately we don’t have support for custom taxonomies for our blocks and to display related articles fro custom post types is required the taxonomy for that post type. Also this block was designed to be displayed only below post content, there is no shortcode available for it and can’t be displayed in sidebar. As my colleague Alin mentioned are required some changes in theme’s core files to achieve a similar result.
This is a very complex task which involve lots of customizations and also time to be completed. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you really need this and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
