Hi – i’ve raised this issue with the Mobiloud developers as well but they can’t seem to figure out the issue so posting here.
We use Mobiloud (www.mobiloud.com) to power our mobile app from our WordPress site. It’s a neat solution and so far worked flawlessly, however when we activate the Mobile plugin from Newspaper it stops Mobiloud working. It seems to stop any of the Mobiloud apps from being able to download posts or pages from wordpress.
Any ideas what could be causing the issue?

We didn’t tested Mobiloud toll and we’re not aware of its functionality in order to provide an accurate answer on this matter. If you really wan to use it then leave the mobile theme inactive if this could be a solution.

Andrei – I understand – the difficulty is the Mobiloud powers a mobile APP yet we still get a large amount of mobile traffic directly to the website so BOTH solutions need to work 🙂
I’ve asked the Mobiloud developers to take a look but it would be great if they could talk directly to you guys to try and understand where the issue is and how it could be fixed.

Unfortunately, plugin implementation is not covered by the theme support. We only recommend these plugins: http://screencast.com/t/Rf8WHtXG
Anything outside of this list is not tested and we cannot guarantee it will work with our theme. We cannot provide support for plugins as plugins are created for the standard WordPress code and premium themes such as ours or any other theme on themeforest are custom built, with custom code, that some plugins cannot recognize. We do not have a customization department so you will have to hire some help with this task from a freelancer or developer as we cannot tackle such tasks. Sorry.
