Hi,
On our recently installed Newspaper theme I’ve managed to get Twitter and YouTube working properly for the social counter. I’ve tried everything I can think of for FB and it is still stuck on 0, though.
I’ve checked and the plugin is version 4.1.

Are you sure you set everything up properly in the Facebook settings? Please use this guide and make sure you enter the correct information in the Facebook fields like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
If you still cannot get it to work, please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it.

Thanks for your help. No, I didn’t have it configured properly (I’m doing this on my own without a WordPress expert to help me). I’ve gone through the tutorial and as far as I can tell it is still right (every FB field is filled now), but the counter is still on 0. Does it just need a while to fee through?

If you set everything up properly please give it a bit of time to update as it;s not a live count. Alternatively you can clear all caching to get the results quicker as cache also affects the counter.
