By complete experimentation – at least on iOS/Chrome/Safari the block title in VC accepts emojis
Can be fun for example if publishing a Christmas or other seasonal section of news/events

HELLO! And they work in post TITLE – on home page and on post view – I never knew that WP supported emoji in post title 🙂
Again good for seasonal posts in a category!
