I am running on Social Counter V4.1.
My YouTube channel is https://www.youtube.com/c/Amazingzoology and I entered ‘Amazingzoology’ in the widget. But the widget is not showing the subscriber count. What may be the problem?

I tried with ‘tagdiv’ and it works. Tried another random channel and that too worked.
Then I used my channel ID ‘channel/UCMzmTt3octKTMKazOqv3aGQ’ and it worked.
But unique name is not working.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an accurate answer in this regard because this behaviour it is a bit of strange. I suspect being a conflict between your channel and user account. We will do some additional investigation in this regard to see the cause and we will get back to you with an answer if it is necessary.

May be the problem is with the type of account. My YouTube channel is not linked to a personal account but to a Google Plus page. Anyway thank you for the wonderful support!

After further investigation, it seems that your problem comes from your account type. Try to use only the Id channel and the problem becomes solved.
