Last night from my two sites Newspaper steering panel and regular WP widgets disappeared from my sites. Then I tried to install latest version of theme. System said that I have a theme in place. What shoul I do? My site was almost ready to be published and now this horrible problem started. Pls. help.
Things don’t “suddenly” happen unless you install something to break it.
However, you should update the theme and VC plugin via FTP to ensure you delete the broken version, and have clean copies on your site. FTP always safeest way to update stuff.
Note if you installed a new plugin or updated something else to break your site, that could happen again. (e.g., Yoast 3.6 has some issues, etc.).

I think that I found out what could be the problem. I removed the newspaper theme from my WP / web hotel. Then I downloaded it once again from EvantoMarket. Put it again to theme folders and jep pages started to work again. But then I put on Viruscheck in cPanel and it showed that winnow.spam.ts.miscspam.1031628.UNOFFICIAL -virus has poisoned several files & folders also zip files were affected by the following: Sanesecurity.Foxhole.JS_Zip_4.UNOFFICIAL. When quaranteeing some folders more came.
This must be the reason that our the night my site will be lock by the automated quaranteeing.
I tried to do it again and my web hotel says the following:
Your downloaded file themeforest-5489609-newspaper-wordpress-theme (2) (1).zip includes a virus, so you downloading is cancelled: winnow.spam.ts.miscspam.1031628.UNOFFICIAL FOUND
Any suggestions? I thought that I can get a clan version from Evanto Market. Help!
