tagDiv social counter does not work

Hi,
The social counter counts instagram followers but not youtube and FB fans…
Can you please assist?

Hello,

Please use the official guide to set up the counter: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
And after you set up everything,m make sure you allow it a bit of time as it;s not a live count and it is affected by cache. It helps to clear all caches and reset cdn files if you use it.

I tried everything like it’s written in the totorial but it still doesn’t work:(

I wanted to attach the settings screen for you to see but it doesn’t let me do it here..
Also the thing is that it does count instagram followers but not FB and Twitter that are defined correctly according what i see

I would really appreciate if you could help.
