Excerpts on homepage different after update

Hi Guys,

After updating my excerpts are out of order on my homepage

Any ideas? cause i have not changed any options

I am not sure why this happens but you can try to count excerpts by letters in theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/7qpH0JTnKljH and check how it goes.
