Hi Guys, is there anyway to exclude one or more categories from the main blog page loop i.e. the main ‘posts page’ as set in the WP Dashboard?

Hello,
Unfortunately you have very limited control over a post loop page. You can only change how it looks, but it will grab all of the content in a latest sorting order. if you want more control over your homepages, please create a static page and use visual composer to add content to it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
