Hello there,
I would like to not give the permission to publish post but just to “Submit for Review” I use Contributors but it doesn’t show me the section “Post Settings” is there a way to show it?

Not part of theme; you likely need a plugin or custom coding to manage posts — that’s part of WordPress. An author role plugin might work 🙂
