What’s the latest version of the theme? I thought I was on it but I see my visual composer is not the latest version.

You can find latest version on Themeforest from your downloads page and the sale page shows latest version. The latest version of VC is the version tested compatible with theme. You don’t need to update VC until the next theme update. Make sure you tell ThemeForest to ‘notify’ you of updates from your account page 🙂
(upshot – you don’t need to update VC just because a new version is out)

The latest version available for download is 7.4 which was released 9/12/16.
