If I duplicate post, value of first post view duplicated too. How to reset it for new post?
I mean, that (like) the previous post had 390 views, and when I create a new post based on it – this new content, I’m need to views started from zero, but not 390.

Generally you should not have duplicate content.
However, you can simply copy the post meta field manually from old content to the new post.
So, if old one had 390, then copy that (or type it) in the post meta box at bottom of post (aka “custom fields”).

It is strange that this issue is not covered in the documentation.
As for duplication, then of course it’s not cloning content (if you criticize), but in order to preserve the similarity of posts and not to re-enter headings, keywords, location h1-h6 I love & sharing social attributes.

Right, just saying Google doesn’t like two book reviews of the same book on the same site typically, or two reviews of the same peanut butter by the same person.
If the new story is new, generally you wouldn’t copy over the ‘views’ as that new story didn’t get all those views the original story did.
Of course, you may have some unique use case to do that. In any case, just keep eye on your search console for warning about duplicate content, or perhaps use a plugin to scan the text to minimize that to not get deprecate in SERPS.
Not sure why it would be covered in the docs; the hits are plainly seen in the custom fields, where most “custom data per post” is stored, traditionally in WP themes like this. Most content creators on a “news” site (hence “newspaper” theme) don’t need to copy views from one story to new story, as they should “in most cases” be two completely different things.
