Hi,

The category filter ‘menu’ is great (like in template style 4), however it would be really useful if that menu didn’t show all the categories and you could choose to only show specific categories and hide the rest.

Is this possible at all?

Hello cavalrydesign,

This is the default behaviour for Category Template Style 4. As you can see, under the category title are shown the siblings category, as you can see in core file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/bUVf6PWX18 So if you want to change this template, please notice that you should edit this file and you can modify it as you want but please notice that for doing that is required to have some solid coding skills. If you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

I thought it might be a coding job. I’m sure you’ve got a huge list of requests for future versions but being able to easily create a bespoke category menu would be a great addition!
