How to add code to head section of mobile theme

I need to add some code to the head section of the mobile theme. What is the best way to do that?

If I copy that path and file to my child theme will it work?

Hello,
We have not officially tested the mobile theme with a child theme so I cannot offer a precise answer. You will have to try and see if the result works or not from the child theme. We have not added any special implementation for the mobile child theme.
