how to change td-social-list info

i can’t find the place where can i change the td-social-list info (facebook twitter and youtube ) td_block_wrap td_block_social_counter td_uid_29_5813d3170173e_rand td-social-style8 td-social-boxed td-social-font-icons td-pb-border-top
