Hello ,
I’ve encountered some problems with my admin-bar . It wont show up … i’ve tried to change the functions.php file and change the option to “show admin toolbar” in profile settings but still nothing. Please help me !

Theme does not manage the WordPress admin toolbar — if you are talking about the black bar across top of page when logged in. You can toggle that on/off per user from the main WP admin bar on left side under > users.
