I would like to display the thumbnails(from featured image) with the next/previous links at the bottom of posts. I couldn’t find anything in the forums, how can I do this? Thank you.

Hello,
Unfortunately our theme does not have any such functionality. Sorry. It can only be done through customization. We have no easy solution to provide in this regard. You will have to get some hired help if you require this modification or find a plugin that can provide such a feature.
