Based on suggestions here, https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-500-while-patching-up-newspaper-7-4-to-7-5/
I updated the new version and also all new plugins.
This time, no 500 error appeared but V and Mega doesn’t appear to be working. I tried deactivating other plugins but it doesn’t help.,
