Hello,
The favicon I have in my website: https://s11.postimg.org/z7dvcx2sj/Screen_Shot_2016_11_02_at_13_42_18.png / https://www.nomadismodigital.pt/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/fav-ico.png doesn’t appears in my website.
I already clean the cache (of the website and browser) and try in different browsers, and my old favicon appears in all of them.

I suspect you have a cdn server or a server cache that you are not aware of and simply clearing the cache plugin is not enough . Please check with your host and ask for any caching if you do not know about.
