Comment count problem

I have a small problem with comment count !!!

I try to disable in SHOW COMMENT COUNT
Enable or disable comment number (on single post page) but the comment count still shows on my home page.

I use block 11 for my article in this section…

Hi,

The comment count is disabled if you disable it from the theme panel. You might have caching enabled and that is probably why the comments were not yet gone as they are fed through the cache. Please clear all caching.

I am also having the same problem. I have tried all above, but the count box still appears.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Maybe you are referring to ther comment count and not the comments themselves. The comments on pages can be disabled as above while the comment count, the little bubble that shows the number of comments can be disabled like so: for posts: https://www.screencast.com/t/yBso5sLt – for pages: https://www.screencast.com/t/TEbm2vOy9
