I’ve followed all the steps, except the tutorial and the way to create an app in Facebook is different. They have altered the options in app creation and it will not allow me to link up the social counter. Please help!

It seems they changed the interface a bit but you still have access to the new app once you create it. Simply click on the app id once you create a new app like so: http://screencast.com/t/rNsNeODGO

I tried this but it wasn’t successful, will return to it later.
I ended up just adding Facebook’s widget code in the mean time.
If you still have trouble with the social counter, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate as it’s much simpler to actually see and inspect the element settings.

Hey there, I have the same problem. The counter shows 0 Facebook likes. I add the id, the app-id and the security key and clear also the cache. Please help!

The plugin is not a live count and is affected by cache. You probably did not clear the cache after setting it up and it took a bit longer for the fb count to update but now it shows fine: http://screencast.com/t/mkjGCE6li
