Hi there. I see that the theme has built-in support for sharing to Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest, but I want to add 3 others: Reddit, Tumblr and Email. Is there any easy way to do this?

Hello,
In order to add new social sharing buttons in the top or bottom sharing on posts, you will have to edit the theme code a bit. The theme has no settings to add any extra button so it will have to be added through the code. Here are a few examples:
